Food Prepared by our Experienced Chef’s

We have our own “Central Kitchen” on the dockside with its own chefs.
This has meant that we can accept a charter even late at night for the following morning departure.
No other charter company here has this facility and it has proved to be excellent.
Almost all our Trip Advisor reviews  mention how good the food was on their cruise.
Each and every boat has their own Chef on every cruise but the Central kitchen means that our purchase manager and central kitchen chef can take an order even late at night and produce and cook the food required in the early hours of the morning to be delivered to the boats.
Thus we are able to easily take care of our customers choices and specific requests and food allergies whether it be normal, vegetarian , vegan , halal, gluten free etc.

We have found that in this day and age a lot of our charters come from very last minute requests from customers who decide to do a charter the following day whilst they have their dinner in the hotel.
I and my charter director have our phones on all the time and immediately respond to any phone, message, or email.  With our infrastructure we can set up their food requirements , hotel transfer , boat and crew all within 30 minutes.

Destinations

We have many choices and discuss with our clients in particular what they would wish for. –  be it snorkelling , deserted beaches , majestic scenery , fishing etc.
Our own private beach is a popular destination as we are very well set up there. Popular tourist destinations in high season are covered in tourists.

The beach staff keep the beach immaculate and by the time we get there , our Captain having advised the beach staff that we are on our way, have it all set up.
Beach swept, bbq’s smoking , toys set up, tables and chairs all set up etc
The system works like clockwork and our customers enjoy the privacy of their own beach and its facilities.

Meet and Greet

We have been doing this as standard practice for many many years and our customers enjoy it so much
What we have done this last year is have a huge map so we can illustrate to our customers exactly their options, and where we are goin , and what to expect in this pre cruise briefing.
We have found that our customers love this. During this briefing we discuss all options including extra “toys” that are available for them with video demonstration .Examples would be our acquisition of water scooters such as the Stingrays and Iaqua’s.

Dockside Cafe, Bar & Restaurant

We have a thriving restaurant right at our meet and greet area called Dock A Cafe Restaurant & Bar
Our customers have the option to have a coffee or breakfast before boarding and can also step off the boat at the end of the charter and have dinner before transferring back to their hotel.
Particularly popular with families who want to feed the kids before going back to the hotel enabling them to put exhausted kids to bed on arrival at their hotel.
At this cafe the views are fantastic of all the yachts in our delightful marina, with good food at good prices and great cold draft beer.

New Luxury Boats Joined our fleet.

In the last year we have added another 2 boats to our fleet, which offers greater flexibility when choosing your boat according to the size of the group and budget.
We are very proud to be the only company here that actually owns all of our boats.

The latest addition is the Raptor 375 speedboat called SABI

This is a big luxurious speedboat with heaps of space and has an air conditioned cabin with a queen size bed and toilet and shower.
We often get customers saying that they want a speedboat because they are cheaper but worry about no toilet and also that they have Grandma and the infants.
Our response is Grandma and the infants have an  air conditioned cabin for them to take a nap.

The other addition to our fleet is our little Key West 23,  called MARULA. This enables the budget conscious people on holiday in Phuket to still get out on our beautiful waters and explore our palm fringed islands for a fraction of the normal cost. We limit the passengers on this to 4.   So we can go out on this little boat with a wonderful crew to look after the passengers, right up to the two largest boats like our big Catamaran SHANGANI or our mega yacht SILVERLINING.

Customers love this as there its something for everyone to have an action packed day let alone keeping the kids occupied.
Big Slide from the top deck is the most popular for children and adults alike. We have these on The two Leopards  and Shangani
Floating inflatable Jacuzzi’s , these are big 10 seater floating sofas , Immensely popular , there is a hole in the middle and the sea comes in there hence we nick named it a Jacuzzi
These are on ALL boats including our speedboats
Kayaks, We have on every boat including our speedboats.
Stand up Paddle Boards on all boats except the speedboats.
Snorkel gear and also Snuba ( google floating compressor) These too are on all boats including speedboats enabling our customers to get a “ Scuba” experience at up to 10 feet . Our crew go with our customers to ensure their safety and give them the confidence.
