We at TIGER MARINE CHARTER, Phuket, Thailand with the YACHT SHANGANI are proud of our performance and we get very nice feedback from our customers.
We are always very keen to get feedback to see how we are doing and if there is negative content in it we make sure we fix it , and occasionally customers offer suggestions which are valuable to us and we always act upon them.
Two days ago we did a Charter for a new Chinese agent and she said that she and her customers give us 100 out of 100 score for the Yacht , the crew , the food etc,
The customers were Chinese and we took them to our beach where they enjoyed the facilities we have there and loved the Yacht SHANGANI and our crew that operate it.
As we have said before the crew can make or break your business and we have a fantastic crew that make sure you are going to have a really splendid day that not only will you remember forever but also tell their friends this making it a pleasant outcome for us at TIGER MARINE CHARTER, the AGENT and the CUSTOMERS.
So it’s not only the fantastic Yacht, its the whole experience ,
Safety, entertainment and the food are of paramount importance .
These Chinese customers said to their agent which was passed gratefully onto us today, that the food was the best they have ever experienced in Thailand , thanks to our great on board Chef , Khun Gai.
The Captain, Khun Noom is there to ensure your safety, the Hostess Khun Boong pampers each and every guest to make your day a memorable one and our Deck Officers Khun Glen and Khun Jair are there to serve your every need.
We are naturally proud of this feedback and look forward to continued business with them.
Another one we received today from another customer who was on a post wedding cruise and chartered the Yacht SHANGANI to entertain her wedding party guests we are proud to copy and paste her feedback and include a photo of the happy group.
The Yacht SHANGANI is very suitable for these large groups with the enormous amount of space on board and the entertainment and fantastic food that we provide.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the best day ever. We all enjoyed the day tremendously and all of my friends have all agreed it was one of the best days of their lives (except our wedding of course). The charter was perfect, the weather was amazing, the crew, the food, the yacht, I just don’t know what else I can say!! It truly exceeded all our expectations and beyond and was worth very single cents. Thank you very much for organising it all for us so perfectly.
