Thai Curries are world famous and our Shangani chef can prepare all the different varieties, excluding the meat or fish ingredient, and replacing with tofu and vegetables, retaining the wonderful unique Thai spicy flavour.
Tell us if you like your curries mild or hot. They are all served with Jasmine rice

Stir-Fries

A variety of delicious Thai Vegetable Stir Fries with Chinese broccoli (gail lan) mushrooms, bok choy, mini-corn, asparagus, snow-peas and carrots and any vegetables in season.
These delicious Thai stir-fries are very well known, and our Shangani chef can prepare them with a wide variety of delicious vegetables, and varying degree of spiciness.
The sauce is what makes these dishes sing - a combination of coconut milk, soy sauce, lime, and chili.
With a final topping of fresh basil and chilli, you have an authentic Thai vegan dish that's gourmet good and nutritionally balanced.

Pad Thai

One of the most popular Thai dishes, made with noodles and tofu, with a garnish of peanut and bean sprouts.

Shangani Noodles

A dish of stir-fried rice vermicelli seasoned with curry spices, soy sauce and chillies with mixed vegetables including bean sprouts, pak choi, sliced chillies and peppers, and tofu.

Vegetable Khow Suey

A delicious Burmese noodle dish with a delicate creamy coconut and lime sauce.
With a final topping of fresh basil and chilli, you have an authentic Thai vegan dish that's gourmet good and nutritionally balanced.

Obviously we cannot cater for a different dish for each guest so ,if you are on an overnight charter, please rally your group over dinner, and decide what you would all like for the following day. The boat is well stocked, but we may not have everything on board, so please give us advanced notice of your preference or conjure up your own ideas, and see what the chef can do for you.
